JAN 2005: With some help, got a 25Amp chassis fuse bolted onto the + of the battery terminal. Trying to source a Pl259 for 5D-FB coax to replace the current one. Also purchased an AT-180 AutoATU to get more of the 80M band plus the new part of the 40M band.
